Avatar Ambulance Services Limited was incorporated on 24th April 2003. Our registered address is 390, Southern Main Road, Claxton Bay but we also operate satellites based on our customers’ needs.

Current Resources

We currently have a fleet of 9 ambulances and a pool of over 50 emergency medical technicians. Our ambulances have reverse buzzers and spark arrestors. Each ambulance is equipped as guidelines recommended by the Ministry of Health with a medical stretcher, a portable stretcher, a defibrillator/monitor, oxygen tanks, a medical/trauma kit, and medical supplies.

In July 2010, the company extended its range of offerings to include medical equipment and supplies with the incorporation of Avatar Marketing Limited. We specialise in emergency medical supplies, physiotherapy and sports medicine equipment and supplies. At present, the company is the sole local distributor for the following companies:

  • CramerDeckerMedical (a wide range of general medical & emergency supplies)

About Our Emergency Medical Technicians

  • Experienced in handling multiple trauma cases, having worked with the Emergency Medical Services of Trinidad and Tobago
  • All trained by ACCREDITED institutions.
  • Registered and certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) in the United States of America
  • Certified in defensive driving
  • Holders of Point Lisas Energy Association (PLEA) passport
  • Equipped with full PPE (including NOMEX) if required
